一帶一路沿線國家的總?cè)丝诩s44億,經(jīng)濟總量約21萬億美元,分別占世界的63%和29%。受資源稟賦、產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、歷史條件等因素的制約,各國國家之間發(fā)展不平衡,而且大部分為發(fā)展中國家。 “一帶一路”貫穿歐亞非大陸,東牽發(fā)展勢頭強勁的東亞經(jīng)濟圈,西連發(fā)達的歐洲北美經(jīng)濟圈,有望建成世界跨度最大、最具活力、發(fā)展前景看好的經(jīng)濟走廊,形成沿線國家經(jīng)濟利益對接整合的格局,“一帶一路”建設(shè)旨在激發(fā)沿線各國發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢,將經(jīng)濟互補性轉(zhuǎn)化為發(fā)展推動力。通過沿線國家的互聯(lián)互通和貿(mào)易投資便利化等深度國際經(jīng)濟合作,打造世界經(jīng)濟新的增長極,最終實現(xiàn)互利共贏。
Community of shared interests
The countries along the proposed Belt and Road routes – most of which are developing countries – have a combined population of 4.4 billion and an aggregate output of US trillion. These represent 63 percent of the world’s population and 29 percent of its economic aggregate. Individual countries each have their own natural resources, infrastructure, and historical experiences; such differences, among other factors, have led to different levels of development. Spanning three continents – Asia, Europe and Africa – the Belt and Road is expected to become the world’s most expansive and most dynamic economic corridor with bright future, with vibrant East Asia at one end and the developed economies of Europe and North America at the other. Such integration will contribute to a better alignment of economic interests. In a joint effort to build the Belt and Road each country’s comparative strengths can be better exploited, and economic complementarity can be better transformed into new drivers of development. The initiative will rely on wide-ranging international economic cooperation to promote connectivity and facilitate trade and investment. It envisions a world of new economic growth, where win-win strategies are favored.
