和平絲綢之路

一帶一路沿線，尤其是絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶沿線，面臨較為嚴(yán)重的恐怖主義、分裂主義和極端主義威脅，部分國(guó)家之間的關(guān)系較為緊張，時(shí)常伴有局部沖突，也有部分國(guó)家內(nèi)部政局不穩(wěn)。因此，破解地區(qū)動(dòng)蕩局勢(shì)，維護(hù)地區(qū)和平穩(wěn)定，對(duì)于“一帶一路”建設(shè)至關(guān)重要。2016年6月22日，習(xí)近平主席在烏茲別克斯坦最高會(huì)議立法院發(fā)表演講時(shí)提出，著力深化安保合作，踐行共同、綜合、合作、可持續(xù)的亞洲安全觀，推動(dòng)構(gòu)建具有亞洲特色的安全治理模式，攜手打造和平絲綢之路。和平絲綢之路包含兩個(gè)基本內(nèi)涵：一是，“一帶一路”建設(shè)必須在相對(duì)和平的環(huán)境里進(jìn)行；二是，“一帶一路”建設(shè)能促進(jìn)地區(qū)和平穩(wěn)定。以發(fā)展促和平促安全，這是中國(guó)提出的思路，也是被實(shí)踐證明很有成效的辦法。

China believes that development promotes peace and security, a conviction that has been borne out by experience.
